I need some of the double sided tape that you use. I'm in South Africa and all the hardware stores only have the thicker foam based tape. Do you perhaps have a brand name or link to the tape?

It would be really cool to see you make a digital version of one of these that can measure down to 1 ten-thousandths, or its metric equivalent. And for extra points, make it automatic, where you just lay a bar down on it and it auto clamps and take a measurement. Challenge accepted? 😂
