The entire BMW design needs to be fired. Get rid of everyone under 35 and bring back the generation that did late 90's styling and KNOW what a BMW is supposed to look like.

Cars can be great. They can look good. They can perform well, handling, acceleration and braking. What needs to be talked about is the obvious bullshit history of these cars in recent years. They are unreliable, stupidly expensive to maintain and the engineering is not time tested to ensure that people who pay six figures for these cars are ensured it will stand the test of time. This is not acceptable but I do have to concede there are lots of people out there that obviously don’t care about all this. What I will say is these German cars heralded as bastions of innovation, bastions of cutting edge technology are full of glitches, full of engine problems, full of issues that at these prices should not exist. You along with other motoring journalists never hold these manufacturers to their history as if a new car is some sort of forgiveness of sin. Sure a shiny new car with the promise of luxury and other candy may sound nice but how nice does it sound when a little Toyota Corolla 1/8 to 1/10th of the value of these cars totally destroy the reliability and running costs of these ‘HALLMARKS’ of the motoring industry?
They should be ashamed of their track record and strive to engineer motor vehicles that are tried and tested by them and not the public who buy these things in good faith, although I don’t see why myself.

Sometimes, design can be so striking that it leaves you speechless. This is certainly true for this BMW. I just can't put into words how ugly it is.

The S-Class is for a chauffeur, the S8 offers the best driving experience and the 7-series for somewhere in between.

I hate the big center screen in merc s-class in that sense i would take the BMW over it, and the 31 inch screen at the back is delicious

I think as looks go merc is proper classy car. engine would go probobly to BMW and overall maybe audi. Point is they not rivals but brothers - german engenering at it best.
