i appreciate everyone who has played poe for years. as a person who has started 3 days ago watching nothing about builds. i beat the epilogue and nothing in any of the videos you will search for will help because the endgame difficulty ramp is insane. played frost witch whole campaign, 3-5 shots any boss. endgame, gl doing dmg

I've never understood why I need to level up using one build just so I can be a high enough level and with enough currency to fund getting the builds I actually want to play. No other game I've found locks the fun in the game behind repetitively clearing the "early game" with 1 class or build just to play with the new, fun mechanics the devs make. If someone cam give me a good explanation as to why the Devs do this and why people are "OK" with it, I would greatly appreciate it.

Mirage Archer is what he said w/ pierce on caustic arrow. I had to slow it down to .50 and turn on CC to make out at least Mirage and then I knew it must be archer.

These are all shitty caster starts. If people don't know what they are doing they don't want to be stacking skills. They want the one skill with passive that are easy to use.

As a player who never has the patience for the trading and farming required to take a build from t14 to t16 mapping and bossing (console problems), i think ill give ssf ruthless a shot this league. Im basically admitting defeat on the endgame and playing a completely different game where my build will be entirely dependant on what i find ( within reason, some choices will have to be made, like class and defenses, but for dmg i may go super generic like dot but not element or melee/spell/bow specific nodes). Im actually excited for a completely new experience. I would request that ggg makes respec cheaper in ruthless for that versatile feel. If i pick up a good bow id hate to feel 'locked into melee'.
