I'm well. I'm content. I'm peaceful. I'm happy. I'm prosperous. I'm abundant. I'm god. I'm God. I'm God. I'm God.
I know that I'm pure spirit. That i always have been n i always will be. There is inside me a place of confidence, quietness, and security where all things are known and understood. This is the universal mind 'GOD' of which I'm a part and which respond to me as i ask of it. This universal mind knows the answers to all of my problems, and even now, the answers are spreading their way to me. I needn't struggle for them, i needn't worry or strive for them. When the time comes, the answers will be there. I give my problems to the great mind of God. I let go of them. Confident that the correct answers will return to me when they are needed. Through the great LOA, everything in life that i need for my work and fulfillment will come to me. It is not needed that I strain about this, only believe, for in the strength of my belief, my faith will make it so. I see the hand of divine intelligence all about me, in the flowers, the tree, the brook, the meadow. I know that the intelligence that created all these things 'is in me' and around me and that i can call upon it for my slightest need. I know that my body is a manifestation of pure spirit and that spirit is perfect. Therefore my body is perfect also. I enjoy life, for each day brings the constant demonstration of power and the wonder of the universe and myself. I'm confident. I'm serene. I'm sure. I'm love. I'm power. I'm God. I'm God. I'm God. No matter wt obstacle or undesirable circumstances crosses my path, i refuse to accept it, for it is nothing but illusion. There can be no obstacle or undesirable circumstance to the mind of God, which is in me, around me, and serves me now.

There's no evidence of this. I think the subconscious does have a impact but going to sleep and subconscious don't correspond.and waking up and it effects you. I don't think so but yes he's right in saying training your brain into negative patterns. On the 5 minuets point yes I agree it's very important which way your thinking in those moments before sleep.

is the word "God".
It is a magical word
just by its sound it can describe
pain, pleasure, hate and love.
In language it falls into many grammatical categories.
It can be used as a verb
both transitive, John God Mary
and intransitive, Mary was God by John,
and as a noun, Mary is a fine God.
It can be used as an objective,
Mary is God beautiful.
As you can see there are not many
words with the versatility of "God".
Besides the sexual meaning
there are also the following uses:
Ignorance - God if I know.
Trouble - I guess I'm God now.
Fraud - I got God at the used car lot.
Aggression - God you!
Displeasure - what the God is going on here?
Difficulty - I can't understand this God job!
Incompetence - he is a God off.
Suspicion - what the God are you doing?
Enjoyment - I had a God good time.
Request - get the God out of here.
Hostility - I'm going to knock your God head off.
Greeting - how the God are you?
Apathy - who gives a God?

And it is very healthy too.
