Hi there, can i ask you which kind of sole you was using for this resole - looks perfect - i need a new sole and do not like the vibram traktion like style
ОтветитьIs this better than a Goodyear welt?? Thanks
ОтветитьYour resoles are far better than the originals! Considering the Blunnies soles are not sewed or nailed onto the boot, what should we do? It is now just a thermoplastic sole molded onto the boot. I had to complain to Blundstone about a pair I had on which the soles, out of the blue, disintegrated. They sent me a new pair. We shall see....
ОтветитьWhat does this process called? I like it better than the ones with the tan decorative thing that goes all around the boot. The black piece you sawed on first works a lot better, IMO, to keep the character of the boot as close to the original as possible. Not sure what to call this when I am ready to place my order. Thank you in advance.
ОтветитьGold hands and nice job !
ОтветитьGreat 👍🏾 job and work 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
ОтветитьHi how much did this resolve cost ?
Ответитьcan you put a goodyear welted resole on a blundstone?
ОтветитьVery cool. What purpose does the stitched rubber strip around the upper provide? Could the faux welt have been glued directly onto the upper without that rubber strip? Thank you.
ОтветитьGreat job, but the cost to repair is certainly more than the $200 it would cost to buy a new pair??
ОтветитьNow we’re talking!!! Big difference!
ОтветитьYou need a few more lessons from BEDO, mediocre job at most
ОтветитьThose were horrible, you fixed them up so perfectly! Great job!!
ОтветитьHi, Next time you can try using the Zephyr rubber welting..check it out from your distributor. Use a 6 Iron midsole after you apply the welting...the vibram 1705 Stowe is excellent on Blunnys...they look and feel fantastic...second option would be the 1375 Vibram Bifida sole but they would have to be lasted and then use a pneumatic cupsole press ....either method would save you alot of work which would make it a lot more profitable. If never repaired Blunnys come into your shop the best option would be to grind and balance the PU soles to accommodate the 1705 Stowe..you would need the renia PUR primer...the job is fast and excellent...if you want more information please send me a message...I am Vibrams Master Cobbler....you did an excellent job but the bottom line is that you have to make money....there are new techniques out there...reach out
ОтветитьBujar, Again many thanks for the fantastic job on these boots. Your craftsmanship and professionalism are unmatched. The final result was so much more than I expected :)
