Did you mention Bowstring Arch Bridge?
ОтветитьHe should do a middle of face reveal
ОтветитьIs there an unabridged version of this? 😂
ОтветитьAight, imma go buy poly bridge now..
ОтветитьReally enjoyed filming this. Thanks again for the opportunity @WIRED!
Ответитьlooks like a toddler lit those interviews scenes
ОтветитьLove these videos.
ОтветитьCan I get a copy of the bridge chart for my science students? We'll be building bridges in class!
ОтветитьIdk if the lighting team knew this, but the face is the point of interest.
Why are his thighs so well lit and not anything else
wonderful video! well spoken and i love the way he laughs occasionally, sounds so calming. building a mock up bridge that could take loads, this video helped a lot!!
Ответить@RCE, wya we need a bridge review
ОтветитьHe looks a little bit like the Avatar with that shadow arrow on the top of his head😄
ОтветитьThe lighting is distracting to me.
ОтветитьExcellently presented and so very professional! Thanks for sharing and the best of luck!
ОтветитьPutting this on my watch later. I’ll cross this bridge when I come to it.
ОтветитьNul a mourir
Ответитьsomebody please just put a light in front of this guy
ОтветитьThe key to bridge quality is diversity. All of that tension compression mumbo-jumbo is just a social construct. Don't listen to this guy, you don't need to calculate anything. Just believe.
ОтветитьGood lord, great video, but split lighting? Fire your guy.
ОтветитьHow many, what percentage, of all a cable-stayed-bridge cables are necessary to hold up the bridge before failure? Or, what percentage of the cables can fail, before a cable-stayed bridge will fail/fall?
Ответитьwhats up with the lightning?
ОтветитьGreat interview! truly "enlightening"
ОтветитьI really enjoyed learning about this. Imagine: a world without bridges 😮
ОтветитьHorrendous lighting👎🏻
Great content, very captivating speaker👍🏻
I cannot thank you enough for this video. I am making a bridge project with my 4th-grade students, this video covered everything needed and even more!!!! Thank you, thank you thank you.......
Ответитьhow do you not mention the floating bridges in washington state lmao. literally have one of the longest floating bridges in the world
Ответить"they're building a bridge"
Ответитьthis guy came and gave a presentation at my school yesterday, he was awesome
ОтветитьWho was in charge of illuminating this person
ОтветитьAssassin lighting.
Ответитьthe lighting on the dr???
ОтветитьThe lighting y'all set for Dr. Nehemiah is a crime. And the soft boxes for the lights are in the shot, why? Choices...
ОтветитьIt was so fun to think of all my local bridges and try and categorise them. Haha. (Does that make me sound boring?)
ОтветитьAre you trying to make him a villain or something with that lighting
ОтветитьI live within viewing distance of a Cantilever bridge a Suspension bridge and a Cable-stayed bridge. I'm sure someone can guess where that is.
Ответитьim lindas drubnk wasts?
ОтветитьFun useless fact : The lighting of the room created a tomahawk on his head 😂
ОтветитьI love watching smart people talk about something they are passionate about. There's such a subtle happiness on his face as he talks about something that a lot of people would find dull.
ОтветитьMrs Richards: "I paid for a room with a view !"
Basil: (pointing to the lovely view) "That is Torquay, Madam."
Mrs Richards: "It's not good enough!"
Basil: "May I ask what you were expecting to see out of a Torquay hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House, perhaps? the Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically past?..."
Mrs Richards: "Don't be silly! I expect to be able to see the sea!"
Basil: "You can see the sea, it's over there between the land and the sky."
Mrs Richards: "I'm not satisfied. But I shall stay. But I expect a reduction."
Basil: "Why?! Because Krakatoa's not erupting at the moment?"
If the Cable-Stayed and Suspension bridge types are cousins, The Brooklyn Bridge is a?
ОтветитьI think they should get the chinese guys here, afterall everything about bridges is made by Chinese in past 20 years.
Ответитьbribdge
ОтветитьThe best example of a suspension bridge is the Humber Bridge between the East Riding of Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire in England. At the time of completion, it had the longest span of any suspension bridge in the world.
ОтветитьGreat video.
But why is the light off. It is hard to see his face, and that there are so many shadow.
Low his voice but hard to watch. Give me some light please.

ОтветитьYO IM THE 1000TH COMMENT OH YAH-
