I miss you on You Tube!! But continue to utilize the videos you have out here. I have now done this one several times, lately doing just body weight as I am coming off hip and knee issues. This routine really hits those two areas in terms of strengthening those areas. I hope to add weight soon but want to start off slowly so I don't repeat the injuries. Thank you!!!!

ОтветитьCame into this working thinking I would crush it but didn't do my best. Weird headspace today and had some pains in my feet. However, this went by really quickly! I love no repeat workouts because you put everything into that one set knowing you don't have to do them again!

ОтветитьThat was a super advanced workout for me. I do weight training 5-6 days a week for 12 years now and consider myself very fit and there was no way I could do this without pausing for breaks. She is next level beast.

Difficulty 8/10. This a super fun workout because of the no repeat aspect, it keeps things fresh. However a few parts of this workout were pretty challenging for me including the lunge holds, and hamstring/plank lifts. Overall, this workout worked my legs and got me sweaty while keeping it interesting. Love it.

ОтветитьIt was a good, sweaty workout. I loved the variety of the exercises. I didn't like the repetition on the same side. I was already exhausted from the first one but had to repeat the same side for the next exercise. I feel it would be better if you alternated the sides. Thank you.

ОтветитьThat was great! I love no repeat!! I used 12.5kg for most and 12kg for lunges. I hold kettlebells better for lunges.
