Fr Brendan, to everything you said I respond Amen, and I thank God that you speak the truth. I watched a documentary including interviews with highly qualified boffins of their fields and one explained that next to the Swatstika, the pride flag is second most recognised flag globally. It's the enemy's work without a shadow of a doubt. In USA Young innocent children are being indoctrinated, puberty blockers, irreversible surgery, which leaves them with life long health problems its almost seems as if it could be, a form of child abuse???.....and if you do not agree with all of it, the vitriol knows no boundaries, I have learned from documentaries with young men and woman who have gone on to detransition back to their birth gender, who are speaking out, and speaking the truth. I pray for all the very young people, who become influenced by it all. Human beings are so much more than just their sexuality/gender and making everything about only their sexuality/gender nullifies the other elements of them and that are them, the unique individual that they are, with gifts and graces talents that only they have. If they board the boat THEE ARK.......they will be loved treasured and cherished just as they are, how they are, for who the are. Homosexuality is not a sin(Inclinations resisted). We are all God's children, I so wish that anyone who feels they need to fight for the cause, could know God's Divine unconditional love. The young people who detranision stated, that they are also subjected to vitriol by the pride communities, those whom they were bonded with, reject them.

Oh look at all the good Catholics proving just how unchristian and filled with hatred and bigotry they are. I've never been so ashamed to say that I was once a practicing Catholic. The hypocrisy and the cruelty that has been on display are among the many reasons that I walked away from it all. I would be more impressed if a priest had said that homosexuality is wrong based on liturgy but all people are children of God and we should love them because of that even if you don't agree with their lifestyle. I would also have been more impressed if a priest condemned the pedophile clergy who have destroyed the lives of so many innocent children. But the church covered all that heinous behavior and just moved them to other parishes to ruin the lives of more innocent children. I would have been more impressed if priests had dealt with the cruelty and abuse suffered by indigenous children at the hands of clergy and other so called religious groups. Who cares about a flag when so much horrific behavior happened under the guise of believing in God and supposedly doing his will? Hypocrites and liars have denigrated the teachings of Jesus.

The people in it are leaky, etc. Yes, get into the boat but as Jesus said, "Go and sin no more, and avoid this sin." When I see a community day a social event with the pride flag flying I wonder do people even have the intelligence to under stand the pride movement. Even to actually VOTING do people even understand what there doing has the media brainwashed every one to day we have too many educated fools. In the past we had smart intelligent people that many of did not have education

The rainbow is a sign of God's covenant with mankind. It has been hijacked by LGBT but that doesn't alter what it means . Sadly we have it painted today on the road crossings where i live in the uk instead of the black and white zebras. People walk all over it. Im not sure if this insults LGBT or God. Or both.

I have written to the Archbishop of Tuam for his view on this nonsense. I have asked him if this nonsense is now official Church teaching. It will be very interesting to see the response. This bile is toxic.

Unfortunately it is almost impossible to stand up to and defeat the powerful commercial and corrupt political entities pushing this evil ideology.

I was pro gay years ago. I stopped a fight in School years ago and many gay lads thanked me for it since. A gay lad was being badly harrased.

In Canada i loved wonding up christians about Quares. There was a school teacher with hige fake knockers terrorising children that brought me great laughter. I find Pride Month very difficult - my husband left me because he is gay. It was extremely painful. I am Catholic and ex husband was a convert to Catholism.
He has rejected the Church and encourgaged my son to do the same.
