with all the talks I heard about Niji kinda promoting some sort of competitive environment between their talents, and mostly leaving them to themselves, I'm not surprised, but still disappointed that this is something that had this much impact on her

When I hear what she said, I instantly thought of Selen who was not able to do the Fall Guy competition thing. It adds up now and hope Niji can make a change on that. I love Niji EN's livers not just their skins, but even more the personality inside them. Hope they all got what they deserved to be treated. Glad that mom found the place makes she feel comfertable.

I've honestly been where she is. When I was a welder, my bosses were all lazy, mean, and constantly on our asses about everything. Then I moved over to doing pest control and my manager was helpful and understanding, and I just didn't know what to do with it.
My manager actually went under a house with the rest of us. Not just my direct manager, but the district manager as well. My bosses previously wouldn't even leave their office.

It's really nice to hear she feels happy with current management, and I hope she knows that she's lovely, able to shine and her ideas and efforts deserving of recognition and chances to be realized. On one hand it would be lovely to have everyone receive such support from management, unfortunately not all can afford to change company, for many reasons. However, my hope is that the previous management and the company she left will see that they need to improve treatment and support for their talents, whom are the primary source of profits and make the backbone of the company on the entertainment stream side. The more you allow talents to shine, protecting them from dangers and ensuring they are given chances to realize themselves, the more the talents and fan will be loyal and supportive of the company. Regardless of which company the talents will go to or change, I hope they will be able to be treated properly and supported as they should.
