Top 10 Tier 0 Decks in YGO's TCG History

A few years ago, we did a video about the top 5 tier 0 decks in Yugioh. It’s been long enough since then that there have been several more tier 0 formats, enough that we could talk about a full top 10 Tier 0 decks in the game. To be clear, a tier 0 deck is defined as being 65% or more of top cut at major events, not simply being the best deck in the game. We tried to be pretty strict with this definition when selecting decks for this video.
