There is this clip from an old show were in a South American country they had problems with a bike gang driving fast an reckless, even taunting the cops.

So what the police did was line up at a major street the gang liked riding on and would try and knock the riders off the bikes with baseball bats.

The bikers treated it like a game and would race through the cops to try and avoid getting hit. It was pretty goofy and funny.
