ОтветитьI’m 5”11 and 137 pounds, finally said fuck this skinny shit I wanna get bigger , got a gym membership and been going to the gym hard with a routine. Thing I’ve always struggled with is eating a lot of food. I really wanna try tk main 20-30 pounds this year. That’s my big goal. Should I do a dirty bulk or a clean bulk. I struggle to eat more than 2000 calories because I’m used to just being hungry and pushing on until I’m so hungry I can’t handle it( how I grew up) it’s also hard to afford enough food to eat that much:/ working out is becoming a rich man’s sport 🤣

Great video! I agree 100% the best way to bulk is to find a good halfway point between the two, so you're not sabotaging your health with fast food but also not sabotaging your free time with constant meal prep.

ОтветитьI am not the type of guy to count calories so I'd maybe just try to eat normal foods I eat but just up the portions and eat more often. I dont have the most healthy diet, but pretty good. Just basic home cooked foods.

ОтветитьSo I’m pretty skinny and the only time I actually put in weight and gained a tummy was during lockdown and a bunch of weed smoking hahah but after I realized I finally got up to 210 I hit the gym and hard every other day for an hour and a half a day I got stacked and kept a little bit of my tummy which I liked but anxiety and stress has made me drop down to 130

Ответитьim kinda in the middle i dont have a plan to what i eat like im on a sea food diet as you might say - i see food and i eat that shit up, but i never eat fast food or other stuff i only eat what i cook or what i order in a restaurant - the chinken meals usually.

ОтветитьStarted a bulk clean. Didnt work, started a dirty bulk +6kg in 3 months and that is barely fat cuz I'm still kinda skinny :) edit: ok I think I might go back to clean bulk as soon as I get used to this new busy life of mine.

ОтветитьWell... Take on diet that works for me is - it is not about lifestyle or "mad gainz" it is about mindset. I just want to make a habit of eating balanced healthy meals. Reason? I want to feel healthy.
As you said dirty bulking (or if someone is not bulking - dirty diet) can - and will - make you sluggish, constantly tired and after more time it's effects will even worsen. Healthy diet or rather habit of eating healthy things - f.e. having veggies after every meal, using low-fat protein source like baked/cooked/air-fried chicken, lean beef stakes/burgers, lean hams, boiled eggs, tuna or as an exception to "low-fat" - salmon etc, and utilizing carbs source like brown rice, baked potatoes (not too often), or full-grain pastas, will make you feel more lively and you'll probably hate your life less, and, if that way of eating becomes your habit instead of "diet" it will be much easier to maintain long term.
This is a transition that I I love seeing. Thank you for bringing this type of awareness. Definitely donating?
