Excellent explanation
ОтветитьDoes this welding need any external gas.?
ОтветитьFor a technical information video I really do wish they would at least get the terminology correct, Agon and Co2 gas mix is not inert and the process using this for most steels is call the MAG process, not the MIG process, MIG only applies when the gas used is totally inert such as Argon, Helium usually for welding Aluminium alloys, Copper, nickel etc.
ОтветитьIf you are using a mix of Argon/CO2 as a shielding gas you are MAG welding not MIG Welding.
ОтветитьAs much as I like this short clip, I'd like to point at a mistake and it's important not to ignore it: MIG or GMAW does not solely produce fillet welds. unlike what's indicated here, It could be used to make groove welds as well.
ОтветитьGood Job
ОтветитьIs MIG stronger than TIG ?
ОтветитьThe video is informative but you're too fast... otherwise thank you 😊
