I’m a Cowherd fan, but Draymond’s podcast is not even remotely close to the best sports podcasts (and I’m a big fan/defender or Draymond the player).

Dray watch out for the daurnt saga it's an illuminati trap to stop warriors fm winning a lot of chip's n daurnt dosen't know this their trying to take the future dub youngs away n spread injury karma through dub players be wise n keep what warriors hav now their putting terrible injury energy on daurnt there using him he up till now didn't know n I'm breaking some cosmic energy patterns to state this be wise n keep the present warrior team Namaste

Draymond's entire dynamic as the intelligent irritant reminds me, oddly enough, of something a musical theatre director once told me. A lot of times, the most experienced actors aren't always playing the lead. Often, they're playing a role that NEEDS to hit for the production to flow and breathe. Like, the example they gave is that generally, a director wants someone they can trust to play a bit role if that bit gets the biggest punchline in the show. You put the punchline right in the middle so it eases tension and keeps people interested. When that punchline DOESN'T hit, the second act is pretty much doomed. So to avoid that, a director is gonna cast someone who knows the show inside and out, knows the rhythm of everything, and likely has played several other roles in the production too in the past.
To me, that's Draymond Green to a T. He gets under your skin because that's what my warriors need. And he knows the game so well that he can recognize and adjust the team's pace and energy almost single handedly. If dray sees that we could go faster and run them off the court, he'll grab the rebound and push it himself. When we need to slow it down, he takes the ball out and runs a set. Draymond Green is like the 21st century Dennis Rodman: the superstar role player. And much like on stage, those guys can be the difference between making it big and coming up short

When I listen to professional basketball players talk about the game such as Draymond , Andre Iggy and Steve Kerr,
; I get a better understanding of basketball in a bigger picture and in depth insights as well. Kodus to the new media not driven by producers and sponsors.

dray is talking smack... the defense he talks about that they faced in the finals are the cavs which is not even in the top 5 defense of the year 2018.... dray talk smack when he didn't win the chip yet... they just reach the finals and here he is so high of himself.... shame on him....

I never liked Draymond much as a player previously due to the attitude that I perceived he had. But I must say I have been so wrong because through his podcast I have learned how he is really an incredibly intelligent, cerebral, and overall impressive human being. I now see him completely differently as the floor general that he is in GS.
