I had lost all hope until I tried everything you recommended... nothing at first and then, the massage method worked and I have a screen again. I soooooo appreciate your guidance with this brand new phone that was covered with a protective case (Lanheim is good -- no cracks in the screen) when it fell to the ground with me. I thought I lost a brand new very expensive phone. You save me!
