Sir i submitted my documents on vfs global banglore for malta visa on September 18th.Its been 45days. Today I got a mail from VFS Global Malta Visa Helpdesk "We would like to inform you that as per the update received from the dedicated team, the below mentioned customer needs to visit the Bangalore VFS center as soon as possible for resubmission." I don't know what to do. please reply sir

For applying Schengen visa, VFS is asking 3 years ITR but I have only last 2 years. Is this ok or should I provide only last 3 years ITR.

I am Manjit Singh from Punjab. I am a WordPress web developer and an investor.

Firstly, I am going to share my unpleasant experience at VFS Chandigarh on 17 July 2023. I had to apply for an Italy tourist visa with a sponsor letter provided by my white man client Italian citizen. He had helped 2 other people from India recently with the same procedure. Well, he prepared papers and sent me following the same procedure he did for others. I am an honest traveller and would definitely return to India but embassies see us. First of all, getting the appointment for Italy at CHD was a super headache, but somehow I made it online myself. The day I went to VFS to submit my application, they declined to accept a sponsor letter and/or accommodation under ‘tourist visa’ category instead of applying under ‘friend/family’’ but I tried to apply following the same procedure under my Italian client’s guideline as he did for others too. I talked with the senior manager but he also declined. It made me apply independently without any guidance a few hours later. Finally I applied on my own changing cover letter, with hotel booking etc in rush at the last minute and it was the stupidest decision of my life under pressure of wasting time etc. I was late with all this nonsense giving 2500 INR extra as premium service because they said I lost my scheduled time (I was not told by the manager that would charge extra, totally unprofessional) After 3 days they called me and said we got a letter from the embassy and you need to pick up a passport and a letter from the VFS office CHD whereas I paid for courier fee. OMG, I had to go there to grab everything with a refusal letter even though I paid the courier fee. I was desperately disappointed with VFS services and how they treated me. This is against human rights and we should not bear any more. I think we should have rights the way we want to apply. There are also so many website errors.

Well, refusal is okay because that is an embassy decision (I have no issue with that). I believe even if you have stronger documents, no matter how kind a person, and honest you are, if they do not need tourists they would reject visas for any inappropriate reason, that is how it is. We do not deserve a visa even giving original documents, efforts, money etc. you get nothing but sadness. This might be not only my story but of thousands of Indians who are real travellers. They can make it easier and online but they do not want to. India must not be treating their citizens like this. I and my friend’s lawyer friend emailed the Italian embassy but it was one and a half months with no response. I feel hopeless!

I had another appointment booked with France which I canceled and submitted my cancellation request on 26 Jul 2023 being demotivated before 3 or earlier days as VFS refund policy. Since this date, I have been struggling to get my refund of 3630 INR by email but I haven't received it yet. They just keep saying 15 days, 20 days etc. So you people guide me on how should I get my refund? What is your experience and how many days does it take to get a refund, even if I get it or not? Well, It is not all about money but how they do not keep their word.

The experience was very bad and sad with VFS and this all made my motivation down to get not visas through them in the future. (this is not the first time) What poor service they provide! They are really unprofessional, careless and unethical as what I observe and see and Varun Vagish’s video says too.

I have applied for a UK tourist visa from India. I see there are two UK visa centres in Bangalore. One is Global Tech Park, Shaughnessy road and another one in Gopalan mall, JP Nagar. Which is the actual one i should visit for submitting biometrics?

Reallt stuck here! : Sorry, you have either 1) exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed to access our system within the current session or 2) your access to our application has been restricted right now. Please try again in another 2 hours having cleared your browser cache and cookies. Try in different browser if the error still occurs. Complete your appointment in one session and do not close your browser abruptly.

Bro today i am going to vfs appointment in Hyderabad i am from Chennai. I already get date for this appointment just two months before but without starting first process all of them sending to return then they said all of them get rescheduled the appointment date again like that he was said then send all of them to return including me. Why VFS don't fill the form as they have mentioned in their additional services......if we have to again go to agents other than VFS then what VFS doing just rejecting application of people if they fill by themselves other than their agent
