I realize America is just as, if not more dangerous than Mexico, but at least I know the language and places to avoid. When considering all the Caribbean islands as an alternative, I just don't see the reason to visit Mexico just to save money.
ОтветитьGreat point!!! I have been noticing lately even more that the USA does not want us to travel to Mexico for spring break or on vacation because they want all of us to spend our money here in the states. There’s literally more deaths and violence in Florida for spring break than any resort in Mexico. Some places in Mexico are dangerous, but the USA 🇺🇸 is becoming dangerous everywhere. I don’t feel safe in huge gatherings in the USA.
ОтветитьThis video was disappointingly uninformative. Click bait junk. Don’t expect to learn anything!
ОтветитьLove watching your videos.
ОтветитьWa alicom Salam
Your arabic pronunciation is pretty good.
You are saying that it is safe to live in Mexico, I have to ask do you live in a gated community?
I have never traveled to Mexico but I d love to,
No surprise seeing military patrolling around in Mexico, whereas the US has a militarized police.
ОтветитьWhat is Mexidacos?
ОтветитьSome people have never lived in a shiddy, urban area, in the United States. Try St. Louis, Chicago, Houston, New Orleans. My city of 500,000 has over 40 murders a year. Meth addicts, scammers, gangs, psychos off their meds, prostitutes. Yeah if you have money then you can live in the suburbs or "country". The problems still exist. Small towns in my Midwestern state are riddled with drugs. Might as well live where it's the same, but cheaper. Mexicans have better morals though.
ОтветитьCurious question Joel. After a recent visit to Bucerias(and PV). Do you still get hassled non stop by vendors etc because you are visibly not local? In PV this was a major turn off. The worst I've seen in anywhere in my limited exposure to Mexico. Definitely tainted my desire to go anywhere near the Malecon in PV. Bucerias was much better. But near centro we got barraged. Do you still experience this?
ОтветитьPlease don’t expose the truth to much. We need to keep comment lady, KARENS safe in their white bread suburban illusion of safety and ignorance. 😉🙃😛
ОтветитьBiased videos like these always compare crime rates to the US instead of truly addressing the crime in Mexico and how to maybe prevent it.. Talk about If you are white and flaunt expensive jewelry, If you are gay or transgender, if you seek out illegal drugs like weed , cocaine or meth, if you are rude and express anti Mexican government views. If you own a car and want to explore off grid... All of these things make you a potential target and should be examined as a Mexico issue , without saying " Yeah well in Vegas over 100 died., mass shooting blah blah blah.. so there!"
ОтветитьMexico looks safer than a lot of places. Thanks 🙏 for that 😊
ОтветитьI noticed that most of the people gave the good morning los Buenos dias now days sounds like an ol language
ОтветитьIs that a man purse?
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьMy recommendation: Don't believe in Hollywood movies or Tv shows (always with stereotypes or showing poor cities with sepia color).
ОтветитьI love Mexico, I travel there every year to Puerto Vallarta. I have been going there since 2006 and have never experienced any problems. The people are friendly and fun.
ОтветитьI get this same question from lots of people, is it safe in Mexico. I find that a funny question since here in the US we have so much violence, and I think you are right when you say people soon forget what has happened.
ОтветитьIs super safe
ОтветитьIs the main four lane street at the end of this video called Estaciones? And, is CE up.this street? I keep trying to find it.
ОтветитьDo they harass the mailman over there?
ОтветитьJesus of Nazareth Jesus Christ isgodjehovahamen Christ lord bless lord amen amen lord amen amen bless king king 👑 Christ amen
ОтветитьMy husband and I have NEVER felt unsafe in Mexico and plan to retire there in 9 years. It infuriates me when people make comments to us about Mexico being unsafe and “I hope you never need a doctor”. Of course these are people that have never been to Mexico, or if they have, never left their all inclusive resort. I just throw it back at them about all the mass shootings in the US. You would never hear of a someone going into a school and killing little kids!
Ответитьanyone on here driven from Canada to the PV region? I know people do it and there are some unique vehicle ownership rules. Should I drive from Edmonton to PV in my 4Runner over course of a week thru NewMexico?
ОтветитьIs it safe to visit the USA?
ОтветитьMy first plane vacation was to Puerto Vallarta i was concerned about the danger of what is told by the media, i thought i wouldnt leave the Crystal Viarta resort where i stayed, was pleasantly suprised i was in town on the malecon the same afternoon. Mexico is fantastic the culture the people the food all fabulous. Been to Bucerious a few times too love it there too.
ОтветитьIt seems to me that most people from the United States that are looking to Mexico for living purposes is because it's much cheaper to live in Mexico than in the United States. I mean let's face it you have good weather all year round good healthy food and you can live like a king because it's much cheaper than living in the United States that alone is a very big incentive and if you're into drugs hell you are in Paradise because that is where the drugs are coming from that's not to say that there aren't people from the United States that appreciate the culture but let's face it they're going to Mexico because people from the United States can live much better money wise it's not so much about the culture I personally believe it's just a good place to visit that's just my opinion though I found your video interesting keep up the good work
ОтветитьIm a dreamer brought to the US at the age of 2 my current employer is trying to help me get my citizenship my lawyers want to send me to Mexico through daca and back to the US legally but with all the stories and what's currently happening I'm a bit terrified to go to Mexico any advice?
ОтветитьThat person might be talking about Portugal
ОтветитьBeen coming to this area of Mexico for 25+ years and never have felt unsafe everyone has been very kind and helpful if needed more then I can say about my own Country
ОтветитьMy wife and I had our honeymoon in Puerto Vallarta. We traveled from Mismaloya to Bucerias and never felt unease. The local people were very friendly and welcoming. We plan on moving to Bucerias some day. Thank you, Joel and Paul for your videos !
ОтветитьBeen visiting various costal areas of MX for over 30 years, only felt unsafe on one occasion; when our tour boat caught on fire on the ocean returning from Isla Contoy in Quintana Roo. MX is always a go-to for my vacations, hands down.
ОтветитьI fell very safe in Mexico travel to PV ever year have never had any problem word love to me there its a great place
ОтветитьVIVA MEXICO
ОтветитьI have lived in Tijuana Mexico for 12 plus years and never had a problem. Yes the cartel is BIG here and recently caused a little 2 day issue. But I don't feel unsafe at all. I would never move back to the US. Many more problems in the US.
ОтветитьMexico safe? Living in Mexico for 5yrs.
My question , is it safe to visit the USA? I think NOT ...
When I lived in Milwaukee (15 years), I was mugged, walked in on a burglary in progress, and had a car totaled by a drunk driver. But I’m told Mexico City is unsafe?
ОтветитьWe are retiring to Mexico in 6 months.
I hope they keep telling Americans that Mexico is dangerous….keeps prices down.
My wife grew up in Nicaragua and we lived in Costa Rica. We aren’t scared at all.
Adventure is a good thing !
Once you learn up how to flow here in mexico the "American dream" is in Mexico, I earn my moola in the U.S and hang out in Querétaro I'm no where close to being rich but with my saving a got a great home and Porsche 911+ Chevy. Tahoe
ОтветитьMy wife and I moved to Morelia, Michoacan, a year and a half ago. We've seen nothing unlawful, or what we've considered to be unsafe.
We moved from Nevada to escape the trouble, crime, and generally unsafe issues in the US.
My wife is Mexican too. We've been living the good life!
The US and Canada put out this warnings about Mexico. The reality is that the US and Canada are freaking out about how many of their citizens are leaving the country and moving to Mexico.
ОтветитьTrue Mexico as “unsafe” is just a North American media bias. I live in the lower mainland of BC Canada and we have had our fair share of drugs gangs and violence here. Be aware of your surroundings and be alert and you will be fine. Have travelled to Mexico numerous times and never had a problem. Love Mexico.
ОтветитьSaludos compa. I'm vacationing in Michoacan right now. Loving it. It's been raining a ton, so everything is super green unlike my state of California. No rain. No greenery in Cali.
ОтветитьI tend to fly under the radar and mind my own business, as a general rule. Trouble can be found anywhere at anytime. Mexico is no exception, pay attention and enjoy yourself. I actually prefer the military/police presence on the streets in Bucerias, it's a reminder that shit can happen. We need more of that presence north of the border, in my opinion!
ОтветитьAbout insecurity is how everything I live in the United States and I can say that every day there are crimes. Because here You have the right to have a gun .if there is a discussion or you don't like something, it often ends with shootings, there are many homeless people in the city. I'm not saying that Mexico is perfect but you don't see that much. The News Makes People Very Alarmed especially Fox news
ОтветитьI was in Bucerias last week and never felt unsafe. I also had the pleasure to meet Joel on Friday. It was nice to talk with you.
ОтветитьGood evening to all! The threats in Mexico scare my wife and I so much that we are coming to do Exploratory Trip #1 to Mexico on 1 September for 1.5 weeks. I am shaking in my boots sooooo much from the building excitement to get there!
I agree with all you say--- be smart about your activities and the places you go, and 99.9999% chance you'll be quite alright!
We will come to Mazatlan for this first trip. If we do a second trip, it probably will be to one of the central highland areas. Of course, I have to admit, just as I think that there are maybe 5 or 6 places in Mexico that we are seriously considering, I see another article or video that highlights, yet, another location that looks absolutely incredible. And the next hour, I see another location again that could be a contender.
Bottom line-- there looks to be a ton of places to consider down there!!
Safe travels!!
I am not afraid of Mexico. Love the people
