Can I get multi language knowing immigration officer in bkk airport?

If you go to the bottom floor (near Airport Rail Link) there are several currency exchange booths that give better rates than at the Arrivals Hall; also, upon arriving most folks will go to the first Immigration area, but there are two of these. Depending upon the time of day, one will likely have much shorter lineups.

Thanks for your video. Coming from France and then travelling to krabi with the same company(Thai Airway) do we have to go through immigration in BKK or can we go directly to our connection and then we'll have immigration check in Krabi?
