Cole Christiansen on Mental Preparation When Getting Off the Bench

This week, Tony Nash is joined by Cole Christiansen, a football linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). Cole signed with the Chargers as an undrafted free agent in April 2020. He is the first of three West Point graduates to go into the NFL after receiving waivers to delay their active duty commitment until after their playing career.
