By the way, on page A 16 of the Randy McNally motor carrier map book , the bridge law chart for all the states are on it. And yes, you can be fine if your tandems ( back wheels on the trailer) is not in the right spot.

this is not mine seen this on facebook thought you would dig it...note to self:None of us are getting out of here alive, so please stop treating yourself like an after thought. Eat the delicious food. Walk in the sunshine. Jump in the ocean. Say the truth that you're  carrying in your heart like a hidden treasure. Be silly. Be kind . Be weird. There's no time for anything else. NOVE OF US ARE GETTING OUT OF HERE ALIVE...

Great video RVT. One tip I've found that helps with stress during moderate to heavy traffic is to drive just slightly slower than the flow of traffic. The cars are still going to force their way in front of you but, since you are slower, those cars just go on their way. The slower you go the less stress I notice.

Another tip, as you approach an off-ramp, look up that ramp to see if traffic is getting on the on-ramp. It gives you a heads-up of merging traffic. I try never to pass another truck between the off-ramp and the on-ramp. If possible, I'll just wait until we both get past the on-ramp so I don't pin anyone in the right lane with merging traffic.

Good info on how to schedule that trip sir. I currently work at a warehouse and I don't mind it one bit, but I do however want to get in the trucking industry and see the US first hand. I'm tired of being inside a building and not breathing fresh air. If and when I take this huge step(for me at least) I'll be taking all of your info into account and putting it into practice. Thanks for all the informative videos you've provided sir.

The El Paso to Phoenix drive is amazing. Van Horn is a great place to stop if you're other option is El Paso. Its very truck friendly in terms of parking.
