I honestly wish that facilities in the USA would be compassionate like the providers in this video.

The genital cutting has me in tears. These poor women suffer terribly for their husbands from such a young age 😪

Those photos of genital mutilation scars...
Only the most purely evil creature would do that to a woman. So horrible to see that this is still happening in the 21st century. I cannot imagine what these women endured; and then to have to go through the trauma of childbirth on top of that? The scaring probably doesn't stretch like normal genital tissue would, and the vaginal opening is much more narrow than it naturally would, so it is even more difficult and painful to push out the baby.
