After downloading proto just drag the file in the node viewer in fusion and you're good to go!

The proto may be for free but it requires you to put in your card information, which is out of question. Therefore basically its not for free, what a joke tho.

Unable to do this on Resolve for iPad as there is no "New Fusion Clip" Option while selecting both the clips. Is there any solution for this?

Hey man really cool effect ! And well explained video ! I have a question though : I wanted to do some speed ramping, so I duplicated the footage and reversed speed in order to make the same clip but reversed. And when I connect the proto effect, the "ghost lines" around the car don't show up, would someone know why please ?

I take it that this only works for the paid studio version as I use the free version, and I do not have this option. I am only able to turn on dual screen, but I can not use my second monitor for just playback. 😒

Great video but i have some problems with the plugin for some reason i dont have a glow effect and whatever changes i do with the proto effect it wont change anything and i did everything as it is in the video i think i still need something to download. does someone has a hotfix for this issue?

Hi, great tool and impressive video. But after download V2 and install in DR 18.5 Studio i dont have a yellow input. Only a white output

Im new to DR and been playing around with different things, i decided to have a go at what you did in this video and all went well up until render. Ive tried doing this in 4k and also HD, settings are all ok as ive watched many tutorials on it by now..... My issue is that a 30 second clip is saying its going to take well over a day to render, my PC is great and other editing programs take around 20 minutes to render a hour long video. Any idea what the problem here could be?

This is ideal for when someone wants to create the effect but not necessarily understand how or why the particular nodes were chosen and placed where they were.
