I started practicing yoga nidra in rehab. I was lucky enough to be in a rehab that had someone come once a week. After leaving there you have helped me incorporate yoga nidra into my new life I have been sober now for 9 months and yoga nidra is a big part of why I am able to live a sober lifestyle. Thank you 🙏

Thank you for this channel! I’ve practiced yoga and meditation off and on for 30 years. I have been going through some transitions in life and dealing with a lot of anxiety and self negativity. I heard NSDR mentioned on a podcast recommended daily. I’ve engaged your videos daily for the past 29 days or so and it’s been amazing. I find myself calmer, and easier to calm myself in moments.
