When the flanker shot itself, it was inverted and in the middle of a barrel roll. Is that missle designed to be fired like that?

Maybe one of your 20mm rounds damaged the missile prior to it being fired.

Could the exploding fox2 have been caused by damage from the gun rounds earlier? When it appeared the Sukhois seemed to fly through the rounds. It was the port side Fox2 that exploded
