This is exactly what I needed to know. Thank you very much for making this video.
ОтветитьVery helpful video without messing around!! Thank you very much!!
ОтветитьSo is there a point at which you leave it to flower so you can save the seeds for next season? Thank you for your videos!
ОтветитьFantastic advice on how to harvest lettuce without killing the plant. I'm definitely trying this technique!
ОтветитьI’m a newbee so please help me understand. You said endless supply but you also said 3 to 5 cuts🤔
ОтветитьThank you for this great explanation without taking hours to explain!! Subscribed.
ОтветитьExcellent video and there was me pulling out the whole plant when it grew big before the slugs got it.
ОтветитьThank you for this information 👍🏼
ОтветитьThank you I learned something new now my let us will last longer. Have a great day JV🙏❤️🤗👍
ОтветитьAwesome thanks for the information!
ОтветитьGreat information
ОтветитьJust discovered your videos. Thank you for sharing! I’ve a lot and you are helping me gain confidence!
ОтветитьThank you for making that a simple and complete education!!!
ОтветитьCould you do a video on how to prune suckers from a tomato plant?
ОтветитьJust had my son started a garden to help with stress and bonding I got super nervous about how to make everything last longer but not anymore 🎉❤🤘🏼
ОтветитьThanks!!!
ОтветитьThank you for making these vudeis. They are absolutely great. QUESTION: do you know how to get seeds from growing your own lettuce instead of relying on commercial seeds all the time?
ОтветитьWe have a slew of gardening tools, some better than others. If you haven't already, (if so share the link) could you do a tips on tools episode and we will wait to see it! 🎉😊
Thank you indeed.
Thank you for explaining everything. This is my first time growing loose leaf lettuce. Small salad tonight 🎉
ОтветитьOk, so if it's not really "endless", can we not try to extend its life with fertilizers, etc.?
ОтветитьThank you!!!
ОтветитьCan this work for Tom Thumb lettuce. I'm new to all this
ОтветитьPro at cutting with the knife and missing all the head leaves. Bravo.
ОтветитьApu prefers the thank and come again method
ОтветитьSo helpful thanks. And so when the lettuce bolts, what can I do to salvage it ? Or to grow more?
ОтветитьMy knives are sharp
Ответитьseen a lot of videos about this - this one was pretty quick and accurate - didn't seem overexaggerated-like-this-is...
ОтветитьHi! When I harvest my mesclun lettuce white liquid oozes out of end I just cut off; I use to think it was bad and proceeded to throw away (since I use to have leaf miners).
Aside from that the lettuce appears green and healthy I am hoping that that s just part of the lettuces normal mechanism and it is OK to consume since I have proceeded to 😏
...has anyone else notice this when harvesting/ pruning their mesclun lettuce? 🥬 🪴
Thank you so much for this video! I love the way you just get right to the point. I’m going to be growing some lettuce and spinach and this will be very helpful to me. I hit the like button and I’m already subscribed. Thank you so much once again 😊
Ответитьit should be really cool to live in a place where winter mean 25c and summer mean 35-40c.. that mean every day is a growing garden.. while here in Canada, Quebec.. if you scrap your starting season you are doomed.. 20-25c during the day and 9c-12c during the night.. it's a nightmare to grow something lol. you have 1 chance per year, if you do a mistake you are doomed, and it's depressing lol.
ОтветитьAny advice for keeping earwigs out of your lettuce?
ОтветитьJust another YT vid that does not show the end results. :( How hard would it be to post a follow up vid? I'm guessing because is does NOT work. Your lettuces no mater what you do will bolt.
ОтветитьAwesome content!
ОтветитьThanks for the video!
ОтветитьThank you for this video. I harvested my first batch of lettuce today! Now I need a salad spinner 🙂
ОтветитьKeep the spirit, brother, carry out activities, hopefully you will be healthy and more successful
ОтветитьIt also depends on the heat. Once it gets hot out the leaves will start to get bitter and it will try to bolt. Great video!
ОтветитьWow, my first time trying to plant lettuce. Thank you for this video.
ОтветитьStraight to the point. Thanks
ОтветитьGreat video thanks
ОтветитьYou mentioned basil.. mine are taking a very long time to grow... but we've had quite a bit of rain and cold days. Anything I should add to help them along? If you see this comment, Thanks in advance 😀
