Oscar Robertson was better because you got the assist and rebounds along with the scoring. But Jerry was great. He had a mystique and his imprint on the game is lasting and won't be forgotten.

I like to think Jerry West, Bill Russell, and Bill Walton are playing 1v1 King of the Court somewhere right now. West and Russell will be going at it while Walton watches admiringly yet still contemplating how he's going to take down his next opponent. Meanwhile, Kobe is sitting in the bleachers waiting his turn to join in after one of the old fellers finally gets tired and says, "You're up, Rook!".

Jerry was was a great NBA player and at one time was the NBA GOAT.

Stephen A smith protecting himself, dude tried to change the logo to MJ and disrespected Jerry West. He is trying to walkback all those comments. The Lakers & Jenny Buss took away Jerry Wests life time tickets in 2021. Those were lifetime tickets from Dr.Buss . Lakers organization is trying to back track now after disrespecting him at the end after he built what the lakers became. Dr.buss would never have done that.
