I was 9 when i saw this and was traumatised.

Poor kathy. If he loved her he wouldn't have hurt her. He was arrogant and entitled just taking what he wanted. Years later Phil tracked him down to get revenge and found his wife, she knew what he did. He also came back years later with no remorse, his son just as wicked. The woman on the film Pauline's watching looks like Kathy. Why can't they make soap characters not miserable?
