iRobot. You are such a great company robot cleaner. It also have mop, spray and knows to clean. You’re such a great robot cleaner

I've had mine for BARLY 2 weeks, and my ejection button broke off...can I call you guys and send me a replacement part? other than that I LOVE my M6

Never again the M6. Not even 1 year old the wheels had to be replaced. 2 weeks after the first year warranty the complete device broke down. Sent it to the Irobot repair center and got a bill for 411 euro because it was self inflicted according to them because there was fluid in the unit (told them not to repair and just send the thing back to me). How can you get fluid in a MOPPING machine with normal usage lolz. Support did not want to tell me how this could be caused, the only thing they wanted to say is there was fluid and you have no warranty. So a E528 machine which works for 1 year and then no warranty. Never again!

See this mop is good, but I would like to see an updated version that could actually scrub the floors. Similar to a narwal T10 and a Roborock S7

Does it suck up the water or just smear everything?That’s unsanitary. I wash/rinse my mop twice every time I mop. Or do you replace a pad and do it all over again?

Beware this unit is junk. If it gets stuck with the white ring. They basically told me it was garbage and they could help me navigate their website to buy a new one. Yah my warranty is up. But to not even stand behind what you sell, is pretty pathetic. Warranty or not. Even if they would have tried to help me at all. I wouldn’t be writing this. Pay for the dyson, they stand behind their products. I know from experience as well.

DONT BUY I ROBOT i bought one last year. 9s+ ,i did not open the box
for a year, and when i opened it set it up, it would not work, brand new
out of the box, i called support and only emails they dont want to talk
on the phone , she told me we ll deal by emails only, which they could
not solve my problem, worst support i have ever seen in my life ,
$1,399.00 to the garbage. they said i am out of warranty and buy a new
one they cant help, still brand new, never been used . it sucks , buy
any other brand with good support or better vacuum better reviews

I have already sent the product in service, but no improvement. After finishing the cleaning as scheduled, the BRAAVA JET M6 returns normally to the base.And here's the strange thing ... When it hooks up to the HOME BASE to recharge suddenly, the water pump starts for two seconds as if it wanted to spray ?? ? Nothing comes out anyway ... But has never had this strange functioning ?? Usually the floor cleaning robot leans on the charging surface and emits the classic sound while it flashes white and the pump remains off ... a problem with the software or the defective pump?

I've had this robot since it was released and I have it paired with Roomba S9+ and I love these machines! I've had no problems and I love the feature where it will mop right after vacuuming.

They need to bring back their original model, the one that would sweep, scrub, and dry. It cleaned much better, and now other companies are following suit

Mop doesn't work very well in a real house, unless your house is a square with no furniture. Half the time the mop can't get off the docking station, 9 tries before it could mop the floor. Takes forever to map the house and it doesn't get it right, misses rooms. Gets lost and can't find the docking station to recharge and resume. Wouldn't waste my money on the mop.

Product is $400 too expensive. I have had it for 16 days and it still cannot map accurately or find its way to the dock. POS. I am better off with a manual mop, quicker cheaper and more effective.

Can it clean up pet stains, like urine for example?

This thing is super cheaply made. Check Master Robots channel he did a full tear down and the M6 is a spaghetti wiring system from the 1950’’ incredible. They selling a spaghetti wired thing half a grant. Oh my thats insane. Look at Roborock!!!!

Hello, Just bought mine, wondering if i can substitute floor detergent? Or can I simply put water without the solution?

The day they will come with 2 reusable mopping pads in the kit I will start thinking about getting one. Not interested by the disposable sweeping pad (already have i7) and the wet disposable as well. ;D At that price the kit shall include washable pads. All the stores near by me just selling the M6 you have to buy pads online only.

600 Euro and where are the no go lines? Product tests showing this thing mopping the carpet, that can not be meant to be serious.

I tried to put the mopping pads on. What a headache. Customer service in Pago-Pago where they were unintelligible did not help. I take it you do not take off the thing that they are wrapped in? You slide them into what? Does someone have a demonstration of this online?
