Thala, no doubt Hero has finally woken up from their long term hibernation and launching new products. But I feel that maverick has performance of a 250 cc engine. It would be wiser to put some more cash and get a dominar 400, or for that matter, triumph speed 400 would be great

Dino sir the build or design levels are not matching classic 359, surely a classic buyer will not buy this- maybe a hunter buyer can think but again it ends up looking like an xtreme 400 cc with round light

The throttle wire management could done better its similar to Harley 440x the wire could taken from downside.!!

Which one of the following bike to buy for Adv Touring...my options are new 2024 RE Himalayan 450 - BMW F700GS 2018 - Triumph Explorer 2013 - BMW F650GS 2009 - 2015 Triumph Tiger 800 XC. The above listed bikes are all in the same Price range in (New Zealand), (BMW and Triumph are fully loaded with Panniers and Top box).
I am slightly taller than 5 feet 6 inches.
My limitations are :
1) Which of the above listed bikes are more or less equivalent to the maintenance of Himalayan 450,
2) Which one will suit my height.

Triumph 400 is the benchmark now a days
Going for the scrambler because nothing is as good and simple as the triumph 400 twins

Anna, heart says speed 400 bt mind says maverick 440..considering after sales and Hero service and spares availability compared to bajaj and Triumps customer service.

My bike mavrick got rust with one month so bad, bike while taking 26 km run, so bad thing there no reply for mail also so back from hero
