Killer tone thx fur sharing
ОтветитьBig Adam Jones fan here, bought a VH4 amp and was always disappointed until now, thanks!
Do you mind sharing the Marshall DSL settings as well?
I also have a Marshall DSL100HR.
Also, I'm curious what speakers you're using.
Adam Jones tone is as good as it gets. Heavy as balls but still the clarity of the notes. It just rips
Ответитьwish i had some money to blow on gear.....
ОтветитьExcellent setup and sound. Also, Thanks (I think) on being the final reason to push me to buy a VH4 head.
ОтветитьEpic and a interesting rig.
And by the way, where did you find that clean ‘79 Silverburst Les Paul Custom? (Just wondering because it’s kinda hard to find clean vintage Silverbursts that do not have the finish wear)
Which pickups did you finally assemble at the bridge? sd jb or sd distortion? Thank you
ОтветитьNailed it bro! Nice.
ОтветитьThat sounds sick as. Great tones man. No idea why I'm even here, as I'm a drummer.
ОтветитьThis is insane man, one day I aspire to have a rig like this
ОтветитьNice job man!
ОтветитьNailed it bro!
ОтветитьIt’s like I can hear the actual glass of the tubes!😍🤘🏻🤘🏻
ОтветитьHow are you swelling the distortion in from totally clean?
ОтветитьThese days you can get a Boss Katana MKII and save some money.
ОтветитьGood stuff
ОтветитьI now want this... Wish I could afford even just the guitar.
ОтветитьSo sick, where did you find the flanger settings?
Ответитьyou playing thru the Marshall 1x12, right ?
what cab is it and what speaker does it have ?
(like MXR112R, SC 112, ...)
wish you played it more accurately
ОтветитьLovely rig man! Nicely done and the tone sounds sweet! Try to get your hands on a DDJ pickup. That might help with even more clarity. Keep up the riffs man. Well done.
ОтветитьHey man I'm a guitar player drummer trumpet keys vocalts slot of stuff I have been so uninspired since the pandemic this really helped me just in general thank you
ОтветитьI found the dd7 to be the worst sounding digital delay I've owned. I've owned a couple DD-2s, DD3/DD5 and a DD20 which were all fine but for some reason the DD7 doesn't have an analog signal path like all the others do, so the entire signal runs through the processor whether it's on or off. Usually they keep the dry signal analog, or at least they keep it that way when bypassing it.
It was the first and last pedal i got from a private transaction that i haven't already tried out. I didn't think it would have been an issue because id played all the others and i didn't have any reason to believe it was different, but after he left i plugged it in and i immediately hated it. LOL. It just made my day tone sound sterile. It was the epitome of what people describeb when referring to a "digital" sound. I actually had meet Mike from Analog Man at a NAMM not too long prior and called him because i know he had a few popular Boss DD mods so i wanted to find out the deal with it, it was the only model that he didn't do some of those mods that he did with the others because of the way the circuit was.
Later i had bought a TC Nova Delay and didn't like it either, it didn't really make my dry sound bad, but it ate up a noticeable amount of my drive level in the loop. I returned it and thought I'd give the Boss another try with the DD20 and it was fine.
that sounds awesome dude! really good, i'll bet it is so freaking loud! can you do a video on just what the (vin) diezel sounds like? i'm up in canada and they're so hard to come by and fricken expensive, i'd love to just hear it with a les paul! cheers!
ОтветитьForgot the talk box
Ответитьsounds great but nothing comes close to the power of 12 12's in your face
ОтветитьDid you break into his fuckin house man?
ОтветитьSpicy
ОтветитьHey man... Which piece of your gear do you feel contributes more to the tone? Is it the diezel?
I have the exact same marshall combo and a copy cat Jones board... But, I just can't quite dial in that amazing growl of his tone. You sound pretty much identical. I must know kind sir... How?
the tone you got playing the main riff from jimmy is to die for. awesome rig man. thanks for sharing
ОтветитьDaaaaamn, dog. Sounds awesome!
ОтветитьNope! Gotta use a dd3 the 7 is not analog BIG DIFFERENCE! but while this is cool, even Adam has said find your own tone /style DONT try to copy smh 🤦♂️
Ответитьyou should change the title. I thought this was a video by Adam Jones himself lol.
ОтветитьDoesn't adam play through a bass amp? I remember reading something like that. Good stuff man.
ОтветитьCan you write here pls how its done, conected each section from gitar to amps?
ОтветитьI’d like some more detail on how much the flanger is being used, how/why Adam uses it, and how it’s dialed. Thanks dude!
Same with the EQ pedal!
Jimmy 🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьWtf? Did this guy just break into Jones house?
ОтветитьVery good tone
ОтветитьWow 😳 10-15k I'm guessing??
ОтветитьDistortion comes from the amp? I don't see any pedal
ОтветитьHow did you figure all this out?
ОтветитьBruhhhh you nailed the tone, the execution, and the groove and with thousand-dollar amps, but an ambient (iphone?) mic? What a shame! Re-record with at least a 57
ОтветитьAwesome DIY man! Really amazing tone!
Ответитьwhat pedal/s are you using? lets see those setting on the amp too !
ОтветитьSo jeal
ОтветитьMake your bed
ОтветитьHey, what are those cables called that are connected to the red boss loop pedals??
ОтветитьHow do you know this is copy of Adam Jones Rig?,…show your proof!
Ответить
