What would you expect as a reward for 100%ing the game?

This game triggers me so much, I can't finish the most basic levels im so tired of it

“So don’t splash me with water while I’m getting my tan on.” I actually like getting splashed with water while getting my tan on, especially if it’s warm (80 degrees Fahrenheit or warmer) water from a river, lake, ocean, or hot spring.

On my opinion, the King Boo fight was pretty easy and I did it on my first attempt. For the Goopy Inferno in Pianta Village there is an easy strategy for it.

You forgot one thing: the progression structure. In Super Mario 64, if you want to fight the final boss, you're allowed to get any star from anywhere, and you're even allowed to skip some of the missions in the paintings. But in Super Mario Sunshine, you have to complete EVERY mission (except the 8th) in every area. This means the shines in Delfino Plaza, 100 coin shines, and the ones you get from the blue coins are COMPLETELY useless unless you're trying to 100% the game. so if there's even ONE shine that you can't seem to get and it's one that you have to get, you're screwed.

If I did a stream of Mario Sunshine, the chat will flood with comments that say, “IS THAT A JOJO REFERENCE?!?” when I get to the mecha bowser fight

This is the most frustrating Mario game I've ever played.

Sadly Luigi isn't playable cause he was on his own nighttime egad fueled adventure

Watching this in 2023 and JUST found out about the shortcut to the caged shine sprite! Wow, a bunch of agony could have been saved!

The Special Stages are the most Frustrating part of Super Mario Sunshine.

Also this game is a lot harder than it needs to be :P

Actually Luigi has a mention. A- a nod. From one npc in Sirrena beach. In the vents. Th- the nod is about the Luigi’s mansion games, and technically not Luigi.

I just beat the durian mission and it wasn’t even that bad. You just need to line it up carefully.

This game is a buggy mess. I hope Nintendo remakes it on the Switch 2 and fixes all the bugs.
