A wireless charger that, if you want to use it at the same time, you can use a CORD to charge and use the phone at the same time. Umm....what? Wireless charger using a CORD if you want to use the phone at the same time. DUMB.

I feel like the cases with the mag safe is just all hype . But it sure does look nice 😅

How can you do a test like that without using an iPhone inside? May be I am not clear of how the whole thing works.

Just had the clear case delivered; I find it slippery. Does finger oil make it more grippy over time; or should I smear peanut button on it?

Magsafe has got to be one of the most redundant inventions ever made. The Whole Entire point of the Wireless Charging was to put down and pick up your phone off of the charger without having to touch any cords. Now you have to physically pull the Charger off the back of the phone which is the sane thing you do at the bottom. Also, having a cord hanging off of the back of your phone is no different from the bottom.

I dropped my iPhone 12 mini and I almost broke my iPhone in the case. Because it fell right on the corner.

The big MagSafe circle on the clear case looks like sh1t, a total deal breaker for me.

I found see through cases stained my phone edges (did not test if could wipe off) was thinking if Apple clear case stains edges I do wonder about this, as love the soft material inside normal Apple cases.

The way I see it the iPhone 13 comes with a charger already who why spend all the extra $$ on a case that needs a special charger to make full use of it..

Plus it has absolutely no protection for the bottom of your phone. If you dropped it and it hit the ground bottom down, it WILL damage your new phone.

Apple needs to think about making their cases with full protection of the back and sides of the phone and not leave a big empty gap at the bottom..

For $50 that’s a deal breaker for me.

Watching this 18 hours after dropping my iPhone 12 Pro in the clear Mag-Safe case on concrete from my pocket. It was only about 4 feet off the ground, but the bottom edge was heavily scratched and it has created two cracks, one across the bottom and another going up the side. Thinking about an Otterbox as it took care of my 11 for basically two years.

I returned mine. It's too hard to press the buttons, it's too slippery, and very difficult to remove. And MagSafe wastes a lot of power as heat so charges your phone slower than lightning cable. I like the Apple silicon case - more grip, easier to remove. The bare phone is easier to grip than the clear case.

The silicone and leather cases for the 5 series were closed off on the bottom, so the 12 series aren’t the first to have closed bottoms…
