I have a couple of questions:
1. What would I tell the seller when I need to have potential cash buyers do their walk through?
2. How would I make sure the cash buyer doesn’t mess up or sabotage the deal by talking to the seller about price etc?

My question I always have is what are the state rules and regulations as far as wholesale contracts that the wholesaler and buyer signs? I’ve heard that you have to be careful how you word contracts so that you don’t get into legal or lawsuit problems. Just want to make sure I dot my Is and cross my Ts.
