Day 2: done✅ it was too easy this time😮
I work 4 ten hour days and walk during both breaks & on lunch break..so these 10-20 strength training workouts are just what I needed to add to my mornings before heading into work. Then I do the longer workouts on days off. Love Anna’s workouts 🩵
