2. Barley mixed with rice
3. Brown rice soaked before cooking
4. Warm slow cooked oats
Avoid
1. White bread- additives emulsifiers
2. Multigrain bread
3. Breakfast cereals spike blood sugar some worse than cake- increased inflammation n visceral fat, cognitive decline
4. Refined pastries n sweet baked goods- muffins, croissant danish- stiffness memory lapse inflammation
After cutting out the wrong carbs and focusing on the good ones, my joint pain has eased up and I feel more active throughout the day. I’m 75 and so grateful I found this!

ОтветитьYou are only focusing on consumers. What about the food manufacturers? You doctors should all get together in a mass petition/protest and insist with the government that the food manufactures and bakeries must produce healthy good wholesome food and bread/pastries that promote health not chronic diseases. We are being slowly poisoned by the food manufacturing industry by their unethical practices while the government sits back and does nothing and the doctors only point fingers at their patients for their choices. Why are unhealthy cheap foods all found in our supermarket? Take action for change.

ОтветитьI respect the message, but I still think whole wheat toast or cereal in moderation is better than skipping breakfast. Isn't the bigger issue total sugar and sedentary lifestyle, not just the carbs?
