I was always more of a Pep Guardiola guy, but that chrome dome sure can be too focused on results and having a set playstyle, which sometimes means key-players can easily be replaced (poor Yayá Touré). However, Mourinho, precisely by being a man with failures himself, was always a more emotional person and someone who could have that deeper personal connection with players. Some, understandably, don't deal well with that kind of person, but many do.
