This one rocked and I was able to do it. Why? Because I ATE SOME FOOD and warmed up before it. You've got to eat for energy to do these, folks.
Starting this workout from today. Only could complete 18% of the workout means barely 5 mints. I also did 1 hour walk today along with eating healthy . I'll do this again tomorrow

1. Stay in sports comfy clothes
2. Try new stuff dont stick out to same things
3.yes eat unhealthy food but not too much srick out on a diet or new healthy fod recipes
4. Dont get roo scared its fine.
5. Get someone to help you dont take the people who make you give up
6. dont give up!!
