How to setup Laptop as a Monitor

I checked my CPU is connected in device manager and can still see it in obs but when I choose it the screen goes blank instead of color strips. Can you please help me, it's urgent.

Hi. When I have the laptop set up as a second monitor, can I then load that laptop screen into OBS on the laptop? My PC is a bit laggy while gaming and streaming, causing stuttering graphics. Maybe I can do the streaming on the laptop instead as it displays the monitor from the PC? Thanks.
