Since the Total War series now includes several historical games and a fantasy game I wonder if the next thing is going to be a scifi game. Of course they first need to figure out how to do ship battles in a 3D enviroment, as well how to do ground battles without the troops marching in close formation when in combat, but, hey, those will just be logical next steps of development that they'll probably have to take at some point(if not here then when they plan on developing a game about a more modern war). I'm also curious to see if they'll create their own setting or go the Total War Warhammer route and use an established one. Star Wars? Star Trek? Babylon 5? The Vorkosigan Saga?

If anyone has the music for this or knows where to find it please let me know.

This has to have the most underwhelming ending of all the trailers you've made.... it needed an epic barage of sun ray artillery... or mazdamundi bringing an epic spell down on the elves... something unique and characteristic (like the rasie dead manfred does, the blowing of the wild hunt horn... kholek's epic oversized pose with starcrusher)... this just ends with a corny roar....... it's like it ended just before the epicness was about to happen

Man i wish the expansions in this game wasn't so expensive.. i bought warhammer around a year ago and i have not played it much... and now there are so many new expansions, but they are quite expensive.

It's fitting. 4 years ago, the Wood Elves were first announced on the 17th of November as a playable race.
To have their rework announced tomorrow on the 19th of November is nothing short of 'almost' poetic.

Did anyone else notice the horn clipping into his lips?

I really like to raze & burn & ransack their stupid greenish territory down to the last. Never played Ikit in WII ME, so nuke is out of question. But that would be my very first target anyway....
(their WE DLC plays nicely, though) but I can't help myself - I just HATE Elves.....

and the least fun campaign
this is easily my favorite faction, but I had to mod to make them able to expand like any other empire
