Superman - The Bulleteers (1941) [Waifu2x 4K Upscale]

Update: I've noticed the popularity of this video has grown so let me quickly say thank you and if you want to see these shorts in their best quality, the DC Universe streaming service has these in full HD, as in they scanned real film prints, not upscales from an old SD source like the one here. I would highly recommend watching it there, and this is only of an experiment of upscaling tech like many others on my channel. (Full disclosure: I am a WarnerMedia employee, the company that owns DC Universe.) / New Update: DC Universe doesn't exist anymore, so that happened. I'm sure these shorts will be on HBO Max soon enough using those same HD scans. No, I don't know when that will be.
