ОтветитьRyan i signed up to the programme but like a dumbass put 1 too many ds in my email so havent got the login details can you help me out at all ? I dont have FB to message on there. Thanks man
ОтветитьA helpful approach to thinking about protein needs and the variations involved. Loved the dog in the video.
ОтветитьWhat the hell kind of monitor are you using in this vid??
ОтветитьFor as much progress as I've made with respect to fat loss and muscle gain, my smart scale tells me that I'm STILL above 30% fat, which I would never have guessed. I definitely have work to do with my chest and midsection, but damn. Hoping to have a DEXA scan (or similar) done sooner than later.
ОтветитьGive an overweight couch potato (not obese) 1cc test/1cc primo/5-Amino 1 MQ, plus a recomp-oriented diet, and watch him transform from Al Bundy to Ryan in 20 weeks.
ОтветитьWhy don't you get a t shirt that actually fits you
ОтветитьI personally think food side of it is too confusing. I have fish in the day. Usually raw salmon and then any shit. I got down the gym daily and look good. Do not give too f*cks about creatine or all that other thrd.
Being there and motivation is key.
Today 10 reps 47.5 Kg’s incline bench. Then next set 6 reps same weight was max and third same. 1hr half daily. You want big muscles that is the way
i get 100g of protein in one meal from minced beef
ОтветитьBelieve me, meth is a “meth”od for cutting weight. 6packs and missing teeth. 🎉
Ответить1 lb Chicken Breast Protein (Cooked)
After cooking, a chicken breast loses about 25% of its weight. So if you start with 1 lb of chicken, it only weighs 0.75 lbs or 12 oz after cooking.
However, that 12 oz of cooked meat would still have the original 104g of protein since the weight lost is from water evaporation and not meat degradation.
With this in mind, we can also calculate the amount of protein in cooked chicken by taking the raw chicken protein and dividing it by 0.75. For example, 1 lb of cooked chicken breast has about 139g of protein (104g ÷ 0.75 = 139g).
Are you still wearing your gym shirts from kindergarten
ОтветитьWe need more videos 🎉😂
ОтветитьI see and feel some gains since I joined the gym in January. But still weigh 12 stone. I must defy physics!
ОтветитьIk heb laatst ook supplementen gebruikt.
Ik werd er dikker van.
Tot 25% godver.
Fuck my life🎉
digestive enzymes thats all bullcrap alpha lion hulk milk made me gassy and trips to the toilet... dont believe digestive enzymes thats just a gimmic lie
ОтветитьBruh, where do you get the nerve to bad mouth BCAA's? They're the most important supplement I take.
ОтветитьWhey too much it is!
ОтветитьlOOK, YOUR BODY CAN ONLY PRCESS 9-10 GRAMS PER HOUR,START WEARING A MASK
ОтветитьHonestly, sometimes I'll have ~80g of protein in a single meal to hit my macros. Mix it with fat to slow down digestion, works for me.
ОтветитьLittle Jeff 😂
ОтветитьDefinitely not even close to knowing everything about protein. There’s a shit load of types of protein. Not even going to say what is the best because they aren’t all created equal
Ответитьdude gave no answers just a bunch of un funny jokes lmao
Ответитьi actually laugh at your videos, somehow you manage to add comedy in with such an already informative video, big fan
ОтветитьHe’s funny
ОтветитьCan you guy recommend some good protein powder for me?
ОтветитьThe only macro I care for tracking is protein lol keeping track of the others just makes life complicated 🤣
ОтветитьThanks for providing good info with out sounding like an accounting professor… I appreciate you. Btw I’m not a fat piece of shit… just good muscle mass and trying to get a little leaner. Talk to u next time
ОтветитьCan't you decide? Metric or retarded system .:) Why that combo ?
Ответить“Andrew guy”. 😂. Fkg Hilarious. Oh, Time for a drop set.
ОтветитьLove his style of teaching. Comical but honest n just straight to the point
ОтветитьI lost it when you said plow. Haha. That and porking needs to make a comeback.
ОтветитьIt’s Little Jeff’s older, cooler, bigger, and socially deranged brother! I think I’ll hang around here from now on 🫡👍🏼 💪🏼
ОтветитьWould an addition of a lysine supplement increase the threshold of protein consumption per meal? What about also having an increase of GH production through supplementation.
ОтветитьDon't really care what this guy talks about. Cracks me up every time. Plus he's jacked so....probably knows a little about something!
ОтветитьProtein powder will fuck up your colon
ОтветитьSad as soon as you said little I knew it was Jeff nippard lol
ОтветитьSad as soon as you said little I knew it was Jeff nippard lol
ОтветитьI don’t care what any study has said, Amino’s have extended my ability to tear myself up in the gym. I consider aminos as my recovery supplement rather then something for building muscles. I figure it’s just stopping my body from breaking down muscle tissue so I can keep and build up on to what I have currently.
ОтветитьScrew BCAA’s. I noticed much more benefits with EAA’s instead. BCAA were just expensive piss as far as i could see. EAA seem to work better for me.
ОтветитьOverlooked risk of taking in "too much" protein: greatly increased risk of cancers.
ОтветитьTLDW: Nobody knows shit about nothin'
Ответить@RyanHumiston i love your channel
ОтветитьEat CLEN, TREN hard, TEST your limits, DBOLish your goals/dreams, ANAVAR give up and live a PROPortIONATE lifestyle.
ОтветитьThe steroids on this guy. Love how they all hide behind the bullshit of protein intake when they are jacked up to the hilt on roids.
ОтветитьI fucked up. Started working out, TRT, and BCAAs all at the same time. I've had excellent results, but unsure if it's just the TRT, just the BCAAs, or both. Definitely heard conflicting reports on BCAAs. I don't like wasting money... any insight?
ОтветитьThe exact answer to all these questions lol try the testosterone diet
ОтветитьI'm willing to admit that i'm an asshole
ОтветитьWell I am 250 pounds so it’s dinner time lol
Ответить
