As much as it was a very genius move from laura, im a little disappointed it happened. I was so curious to see what one of them would sacrifice to help nott, or even if nott was going to secretly plan to fuck up the peace talks. Some of their characters need a little humbling

It's absolutely brilliant to see how Matt runs wilderness portions that are both engaging, allow the players to utilise their skill sets (or fail spectacularly), and also scale well with the player's power.
The setup in this scenario, with M9 running, unprepared, into a potentially fatal challenging area, is impressive, as is how well they manage to adapt on the fly: from no plan and not being set up for flight instead for a fight Jester avoided by clutch RP. The only downside of this is their (the players, not CR) high fatality rate for all beasts of transport and burden.
Top episode on top of peak M9 last week!
