How to Write Foreign Language Dialogue Anyone Can Understand

I have a question in terms of characters speaking another language in a novel.

Although the foreign language isn't written out but rather just in English except the characters are canonically speaking a different language to each other in the moment, how would I write it?

Example:
"Good morning, Kirie-chan!" said Miss Tachibana, in Japanese. "I hope you had a good night's rest in the lodge, youre probably not used to sleeping out in the woods."

"It wasn't too bad," Kirie responsible nonchantly. "Well, except when Kendall began snoring."
