what about spend quality time with your wife/family, that has to count as well...and it gets me a lot! =/
ОтветитьJust discovered your channel. Your videos are great and so are you! Thanks for all those great tips. You have a new subscriber. :-)
ОтветитьYep -- Devices dont stair back at you like a legal pad--with your list of things to do tape to your wall.
ОтветитьI have quite a different approach. I just try and remember what I have to do and that's it. If, for whatever reason, I forget something that I had to do, then I guess it wasn't that important and, from a darwinian point of view, it's evolution as its best.
So, I become a better version of myself by forgetting what I have to do.
Procrastination is the bane of my existence. I really need to get a planner as well...lol
ОтветитьYou didn't schedule a time to schedule a time to schedule a time... :P
Ответить74 likes, no dislikes. Always good stuff.
ОтветитьI couldn't be nearly as productive without my schedule, online calendar, and Note 4 to record meetings or scribble notes. It's keeps me organized to manage time (there's never enough of) not only for my business but for what's most important... FUN :)
ОтветитьI really think there should be 26 hours in day instead of 24
ОтветитьI have as well gone back to a pencil and paper system like this. For me, it's the best way I know to . . . err . . I don't know how to put this . . . make my own life more present, more conscious to me. The point of writing up the schedule every night in reference to yearly, monthly, or weekly items to do is not so much to produce a program that will maximize the efficiency of my time the next day, although that can be helpful when I need to be efficient. It's rather that doing this every night leads me to more consciously recognize what's going on in my own life, what it would be good to do, what it is necessary to do, etc.
ОтветитьI have a weekly List Makers Anonymous meeting... That's #5 on today's list.
:-)
I just use a standard notebook.
The wife gives me a hard time, tongue-clucking & shaking her head and rolling her eyes, saying stuff like, "You and your lists!"... as she enters data into her Excel spreadsheet...
;-)
I think moment-by-moment is overkill for the average person. Identifying the week's highest priorities and spreading them out in the week should help. Reminders by e-calanders or on a whiteboard/tackboard or sticky note on a wall are helpful reminders and motivators.
Ответитьyes a pen and a paper does the job for making list for time management or many things .btw nice video.
ОтветитьI like Battle Plan. great video!
ОтветитьI probably should have a schedule. I tend to procrastinate. I'll get right on it as soon as I have a nap.
ОтветитьNo coffee for this guy! Just Green Tea! Helps wake me up and keep me healthy. But with working a full time job, the channel, and other video projects we went to something like this. Keep up the good tips.
ОтветитьI look at my list each week and see that i am working on other peoples projects. That needs to stop, no I just need to put my stuff at the top of the list.
ОтветитьSimple pen and paper lists are definitely the best.
ОтветитьGreat advice and I too just use a sheet of paper and a pen! many thanks for sharing :-)
ОтветитьI recommend drinking a dose C-4 pre workout. It feels like my brain is struck by a bolt of lightning, I take it and I write stuff and ideas like there is no tomorrow! Sure it feels like there's a colony of ants crawling all over my face but it gets the creative juices flowing and I wouldn't have any other way!
ОтветитьAny Updates on Basic Filmmaker University?
Ответитьgreat
ОтветитьI took the Franklin Covey time management course. The plan is the most important and the checkmarks are a sense of accomplishment.
ОтветитьCoffee is AMAZING!!! lol
