All these exercises could help firm my butt. My overall body looks great and feel great❤ about myself as i watched myself in the mirror with a smile. You can look great but sometimes dont feel great if you don’ t come up with ur own beauty 😊standard so make sure that this is your standard and ur doing this for urself not 4 some jerks ok lol
