Question. Do you need to have a Facebook account before Tunecore can send your song over there for monetization?

Wait so you can’t upload your song on Spotify or Apple Music with the free plan? But you publish your single it still makes your Spotify and apple account?

But it said the name for the songwriter has to be legal or it doesn’t technically need to be?

The problem I have is that IT’s doesn’t show which country you uploading like Apple Music Nigeria

My Good Sir I have released my first single ever on tunecore but when I try to apload my second single it cannot find my artist on spotify and apple nor can it accept my profile links. I wonder what the problem is i have tried so many times but failed. Is it possible you could help?

I am in my cart to check out and it is telling me to upgrade my account plan even tho im pretty the plan i bought is able to allow me to upload music what do i do?
Edit: nvm i figured it out I accidentally had the location of where it was recorded

Hi Mate uploading a song now to Tunecore to get it on Spotify/Apple etc its saying we recommend putting song out 4 weeks from now that wise do you think ? suppose it gives them more time and stuff to get it on more stores also timezone shall I set timezone the same time world wide seems like the more logical option then ? also do I need to claim my artist name straight away after sorting it ? and how do I actually upload the track its not giving me an option sorry for questions I am new to this ?

Hello Jacey.
I have encountered an issue when uploading my song on tunecore shosing Rising Artist plan. What I did is:
I made my payment first(14$) and I started filling the details after, when I wanted now to distribute the song they Said that with that plan I can't be able to distribute my song, I need to upgrade shosing an other plan, and the only option they gave is to go for the Professional plan which is more expensive.

So I'm questioning my self, making the payment before filling the details was wrong or is there something that I was supposed to do which I did not do?

Please help me, I'm stuck and confused!

It asks for 4 week gap period from today to release date, if I choose that would it take 4 week to get on Spotify because usually Spotify takes 5 days to process, please clarify

Hi! I've taken down an earlier release of my song, because I wanted to upload it with another cover art. After I click the "upgrape plan" button it always says "Based on your current plan, you cannot release your music as configured. Please upgrade now to complete your distribution order." What did I do wrong? I'm not allowed to upload the same .wav file while my previous release wasn't been taken down completely by the algorhythm? Maybe that's the problem, but I'm not sure.

If I want to upload a cover song, will I be fine as long as I check the box where it says I don’t owe the song? As well as providing the names of the actual writers? I just don’t want to face any copyrights issues.
