A fellow teacher here in Korea died on my birthday a few years ago. I could not understand why as he was in his late 40s and I was in my mid 70s. He dies carrying a Sony Play Station up the stairs outside of the YoungSan train station. The autopsy showed he had an enlarged heart. I thought why? I remember that he exercised allot and had large muscles. I thought that he was so healthy. Turned out that he took steroids to bulk up his muscles. The problem is that it also bulked up his heart muscles too. Evidently this lead to his death. RIP Chris!

God didn't design the body to be that muscular. Alot of the heart problems such as enlarged heart is probably due to the tissue being unable to get adequate oxygen, because the big muscles are constricting the vessels. The body is increasing the size of the heart in an attempt to pump more blood and oxygen to the deprived tissues.

Big difference using steroids and GH at high doses and that of TRT, We can extend life with TRT and with promising new break throughs in cell therapy I believe in the next couple of years people will be able to live way over 100 years of age, We are finding so many young guys that will do anything to get huge and risk their own lives. TRT isn't the same as running cycles and running HGH.

Dude prolly ran Anavar and HGH for quite some time and never posted correctly.

There IS a safe way to do it, and that way is to just stick with TRT and slow roll it.

I’m 45 I’m naturally muscular ever since high school I’ve been lifting weights, my cousin was on steroids for over 15 years years, he quit due to alot health issues, he lost all he’s gains after cutting steroids, he recently went back and in a mont he put like 25 pounds i feel bad for he’s insecurities and health
