In Holy Quran, Mohammad asked women to cover their breast area by wearing a scarf around the neck. Hijab was about the Whole Decency not a Taboo Head Scarf. This was changed by men who wanted to control women later as a total cover Taboo Scarf covering the whole head and neck. In 1980, Muslim women around the world were forced to start wearing a Taboo head scarf by many Muslim governments connected to USA. Iran, Turkey, Malaysia, Egypt and Lebanon were some of the countries not wearing any head scarf in cities before 1980. Muslim women in countries connected to Russia were free after 1980 to continue without a Taboo head scarf. Some may wear a small decorative wrap showing some hair. USA wanted to disable Muslim population by labelling their women with a Taboo head scarf around the world to isolate them from the world population. Millions of educated Muslim women with careers kept their religion without wearing an American forced Taboo Head scarf before 1980. 1000 Muslim women were killed in Iran in 2023 asking for their right not to wear a forced scarf as a sign of discrimination. We are all equal in the eyes of God. Don't let corrupt governments force you to accept discrimination. Intelligent women can decide what to wear without being forced by men.

There seems to be no concept of circumcision of the heart/expectation of self-control in Islam, so instead the solution is to cover the Muslim women in order for the Muslim men to avoid the sexual provocation and potential abuse, which is a ridiculous solution, but still better than mutilating ones sexual organs like in case of Neo-Judaism.

Permanently covering always publicly is a commitment. It’s important to make commitments and keep them. Another option is modesty with middle covering.

Notice the Muslims living in Western Countries (as judged from their accents) are all in Hijab as they understand clearly Hijab is wajib on any Muslim male and female. On the other hand, all the Muslims from looks like the Subcontinent mainly (again judging the accents) all have zero hijab as you'll be surprised to know in countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh Islamic knowledge is incredibly poor. You're actually seen as being of a lower class if you wear Hijab. Further, they don't know and have never been taught the daleel from the Quran and Sunnah as to the wisdom and reasoning behind the concept of Hijab. They also think it's just something you put on your head, observing hijab as in refraining from free mixing etc is completely and utterly foreign to them.

I strongly believe that we need to get rid of the stigma of "women with hijab are opressed". Yes, it is not completely untrue in some countries. But if a women chooses of her own free will to wear something, who has a right to tell them: "You are doing it wrong/you are not allowed to do that." Opression is, when it comes to hijab, a two way sreet. Choice does matter. Other peoples opinios? Less so.

I think Hijabs do not merely promote freedom of choice. One can choose to wear whatever one wants, however, unaware to hijabis, it promotes fear. The fear of being sexualized, it promotes slavery since the reason it was invented was to divide free women from women taken as slaves, it promotes a false sense of humility and self-righteousness which encourages arrogance and discrimination, it promotes violence against women because there a laws where women are killed for not wearing it, in countries that adopt Islam as law.
