you would not believe how excited I was to hear him mention the red onion flakes, it's very common in Taiwan like he said, but also criminally underrated when it comes to the spotlights of Taiwanese dishes

My biggest takeaway was the the deep fried onion flakes (I used scallions) it’s the game changer
