In this video i learn that, where we use the word a and an so basically the words an is used when the next word sound is like vowels for example Apple in this case we use the word an because it's start like vowels what if for word hour similarly in this case also we use an because it's sound like a vowels

However I think it would be great if you also explain that the use of the a and an depend on how the first letter sounds, not what the first letter is, because sometimes vowel letter sounds like a consonant and vice versa: like University and Hour
Of course I believe you know that, but you just didn't include it in the example given :D
